do you have a post audit report. i would like to read it. it is a social program yes, redistribution of income. does it matter if people people who met welfare help already had plan ? many retirees didn't ... how many did it help who didn't have a plan. my point , the plan is working and saving these people money.. not the cost of the plan. forget if the plan should have been put in ,, i thought the post referred to the plan being messed up.. i hear it is working better than expected.. for those who are signing up.. costs of the plan are much cheaper than originators of the plan expected. competition among insurance companies seems to have brought down monthly costs.
