Give Teddy "I'll Drink To That" Kennedy a beenie with a propeller on it... Hell, with all the hot air he produces we could light up a small city! :^)

Or maybe his shadow John "Have I Told You I Was in Nam" Kerry could ride around on Teddy's shoulders and blow on it!

Windmills and solar plants should be put everywhere local residents are willing to allow them. But they are best put in deserts and other desolate places which not even wildlife wants to visit. We have millions of acres of wastelands in this country especially in the southwest and up to Utah. So why not use them for something?

Then the energy can be stored and transported. It can also be used to manufacture hydrogen fuel.
