Steve, Exactly, like switching to hydrogen is going to cause taxes to go down.

Politicians will always find another way to tax us. You see what they wanted to do in Oregon? Change from a tax per gallon to a tax per mile driven. Why? Because more fuel-efficient cars are going to make gas tax revenues level off, then drop:

The article is almost two years old, so I don't know if they killed that idea or not. But guess who headed up the "task force" that came up with the idea? A GOP state representative. Now THAT'S a RINO if ever I've seen one.
