No....I think we're better with the clowns who chased housing prices over the last 5 years with their tits in a wringer, and allow markets to clear for once. Some times bubbles need to burst, if they smell like a fart in a jacuzzi when they do, so be it.....

Absolutely not! What about people who don't own homes, like teenagers. The American dream of homeownership is SO out of their reach that it's ridiculous.

Those HELOCs shutting down will be one of the best long term side effects of high interest rates.
