TJ, the concept of achievement in school in 16 years time, will be very different from today's and from the past 20 years. Diploma is a positional good. Its value is in its scarcity.

In ten years diplomas for everthing will be plenty. I'm still thinking here what can be the characteristics, traits, capabilities, skills, that will make a individual successful in 20 years time...
