I don't know why I never noticed that. Apparently the creation date in the main subject table is getting updated on header dates. The history table has the date of the first change, not the date the subject was started. We might need to opt for the lower of the date of the first post or date of the first revision when there is a record in the history table. I've been wanting to store/display have a moderator change history too, but it's never made it to the top of the todo list.
