I certainly want quotes and charts but I don't think that QuoteMedia's service is so special that it would support the site having to pay a high fee when free versions are available.

Bob, I've been on SI for years and must confess today is the first time I ever went to QuoteMedia for a quote. Good for you for quitting them. I use Medved's QuoteTracker and get RT quotes on the stocks I follow. Not quite free, but darn close. I'll still be interested in what you come up with.

The only thing that I like about QuoteMedia that I don't see on other quote provider sites is the Level II quotes.

B.K.

FYI...Have NEVER looked at QuoteMedia quotes and charts..Might use a bit something that's real time...

BTW Wasn't there some connection years ago with IQCharts?....My sub to IQC brought with it free SI.....that is what first brought me to SI.

Disclosure: I'm still using IQC realtime.....now in Version 5, and damn good IMHO.....
