Bush has lied many times about REALLY IMPORTANT STUFF which literally costs our society hundreds of billions of dollars and thousands of US lives. But you don't care. What you care about is that Clinton got a BJ from Monica Lewinsky then tried to deny it. That's all you care about. Even though Clinton balanced the budget and gave us the first surpluses since 1960, took out a dangerous dictator without a single US casualty, and dropped the unemployment rate to the lowest its ever been. Clinton was not perfect but he was still the most successful president (for the country, not for himself) in modern history. So shame on you for believing the rightwing smears and caring so much about consensual sex between two adults. Was CLinton wrong to get sex from Monica? Yes. Was it a surprise? No. Did it hurt anyone? No, except Clinton's image. Did it cost the US anything? Yes, 80 million Ken Starr wasted on that investigation. And has Bush ever cheated on his wife? Very likely. Have any other presidents? More than 50% of them I'm sure. Anyway, it's a trivial matter compared to the problems facing our country today, many of them created by Bush-Cheney.
