If force is ruled out, then I don't see any other alternative besides "containment." Which to me is practically equivalent to "surrender" when it comes to nuclear proliferation. Then you were just bitching about the French because it's fashionable? What? Right Al. Don't forget that I love death and destruction, and that I want nothing more than to turn the Middle East into glass.
