Such altruism sounds nice – but, it is not a propitious time to confront Mexican injustice. The US is spreading itself too thin militarily, financially, and geopolitically. Keep your eye on the ball, so to speak. The Mideast, including the Sino-Russian implications, is the foremost strategic threat to the US and that single issue must be addressed before any of the worldwide human-rights or corruption issues. Strategic triage is the theme of national preservation.
