Hi Earlie, good to see you back!

Alot of (read: most) mortgage providers are at risk, starting with the perennial faves Fannie and Freddie, and moving down to the subprimers. The problem with most of the big publically owned subprime mortgage lenders is they are heavily short and it's a crowded trade, with the attendant jam jobs and short squeezes. Some names to look at: LEND, DSL, CORS, NEW, NFI. CFC, GDW and WM are three very large mortgage lenders but there not as pure a play into the most toxic loans. FWIW....
