The only lie of which Bill is familiar with coming forth from the US presidency is when Clinton got caught in a sex fiasco. He discounts and ignores the lies of the Oofity-Goofity Bush Administration.

The oath of office is not a legally valid instrument of sworn testimony. If it was, Bill Clinton would be guilty of about 10,000 counts of perjury instead of the five he was legally found to have committed.
