I would highly suggest everyone read the full filing at "edgar", it's a real eye opener.
Just a few highlights that the MCET PR did not disclose:
~1.5 million free shares to Fusion.
~1.5 million warrants to convert to shares priced at one cent
each to Fusion.
A discount formula for Fusions purchases based a "lower of"
recipe.
An early "out" for Fusion. i.e. $25 million is NOT assured.
