I'll take Mr. Annan's opinion over YOURS Hawkie.

Wow.. Well Kofi Annan also opined after visiting with Saddam in 1998 that: "I think I can do business with him."

Well boy of boy.. he sure proved that to be correct, given the Oil For Food scandal and the money his son made by being involved in it.

It's certainly your right to be an idiot, and heaven forbid that I should deny you your opportunity to excercise that right publicly.

Btw.. I hope you enjoy your new home in Ghana as well..

Be sure to notify the US Government that you're surrendering your US citizenship and becoming a Ghanian.

Because if Article 41 of the UN Charter doesn't mean anything to you, or the fact that the UN is NOT a world government that can dictate when it's members must wage war upon another country, then you obviously don't have anything in common with the being an American.

As for Mr. Annan's "credibility", well, here are a few links to storie related to it. But I know YOU have no interest in reading them..

WHEN UNITED NATIONS SECRETARY GENERAL Kofi Annan quipped several years ago that he could "do business" with Saddam Hussein, he meant it figuratively. In light of the substantive charges coming out of the ever-expanding Oil-for-Food scandal, the throwaway line seems revealing or at least ironic.
