Can't imagine any of us would get a pass on a breathalizer test... And Kennedy saying he had to get back for a vote is just laughable...when was the last time the Senate or the House for that matter, voted at 2:45 AM???

And why would he take a sleeping pill and Ambien at that time of the morning, and drive anyplace???? A sleeping pill and drive???

SCARY!!!
