Just like the Prohibition. Marijuana at least should be legalized, regulated and heavily taxed. It worked in Holland and Canada. It also almost passed in Nevada. The revenues from the marijuana tax could then be used to eliminate hard drug use, and that can be done. Of course booze and cigarettes will continue to be deadly, as well as many pharma drugs. Patrick Kennedy reportedly went out sleep-driving last night on Ambien.
