No, but the RNC is paying for the phone-jammer election fraud expert in New Hampshire who called the White House ten times the day his people organized to jam the demcratic get-out-the-vote effort in new Hampsire 2002. That is just one example of the rampant Bushie election fraud which has been going on since Rove took the help. Rove is the Cheater In Chief. He has never run an honest campaign and always uses smear campaigns, dirty tricks and worse.
