Bush's official assessment intentionally misled. It left out the strong, repetitive credible CIA evidence that Saddam had little or no WMD and that there were no Al Qaida contacts. Tenet may have helped censor this intel, but ultimately those lies are the responsibility of Bush and Cheney.

Cheney was the worst of the bunch, pushing hard for war regardless of the intel. and lo and behold his own company makes the most profit off the war. Think Cheney is above starting a war to make 10 billion for Halliburton and jack up oil prices 20%? Think again.

The official CIA assessment was that Saddam had WMD.
Fact, not opinion.

The fact that the CIA has developed a high RPM revolving door ought to have perked your curiosity. Besides rolling through directors like crazy...the top CIA folks are bailing too.

When in the history of our nation did the VP head over to the CIA to direct them what to look for?

Official CIA Assessment? One "slam dunk" does not make an official assessment. Where is mister Slam Dunk now? Gone with the waves of CIA folks jumping ship. How can you have an official assessment when you can't find any officials?
