Here is a quick look at the week and the last 6 weeks. It may not have felt like it, but the market has still been on a "roll" the past 6 weeks, and this past week was one of the best, particularly for the Group. For the week, the Group was up 7 percent. The SOX was up 2 percent and the NASDAQ was up 1 percent. WFR, LRCX CYMI, and VECO were all up over 20 percent the last 6 weeks. Overall, the Group is up 9.0 percent, the SOX is up 4.8 percent and the NASDAQ is up 1.3 percent for the 6 week period. Just this past week, WFR, LRCX, VECO, and SMTL were up over 10 percent. For the SOX, IFX and FSL.B were the big winners at gains of 23 and 19 percent respectively - they were up the last 6 weeks in a row as well as TER, up 15 percent.
