My boss is now switching to buying property in Iowa, he just bought 3 after a quick trip there two weeks ago. All for rentals, prices we 120-130K for 1-1200sqft on a postage stamp lot... Previously he was buying in Indiana...

The only reason I know is he sent me a email by mistake, which he does often, sometimes internal emails to customers...
