Indeed I do, we have the same, but lately they have appeared to have better sounding English speaker techs and I immediately tell them they are speaking with a cranky old woman and they usually laugh so they start out in a better frame of mind, them not me as I have told them before so many times..."Excuse me, but I cannot understand your English!". They usually apologize and then it is on to the next Excuse Me!

A lot of times before calling them I play around with my Network Connections and Network Wisard to see if I can correct what's wrong with my connections and use their support as the last resort. Thought about calling them this morning, but decided to take matters on my own and did get in, but it is still dropping me off the internet without warning so I am having to repeat the procedure each time it happens. If worse comes to worse I will do a System Restore before calling them and see if that corrects the problem. That works a lot of times for me.

Also, thank you for your good luck message. I may need all the luck I can get...<g>
