Alcohol has killed millions and ruined many lives. Alcohol also tends to make one more violent while pot pacifies people. I have never seen a case where a regular pot-smoker has died from the effects of the drug. Have you? I suppose it's possible but I', 50 years old and never seen a single case.

There are many perfectly sober people who have fatal auto accidents as well. The worst drugs for driving are downers and booze. Pot impairs you as well, depending on how much you smoke, and I am not suggesting removing pot from the list of drugs you can get a DUI for. Booze, pills, pot, all impair you.
