Funny. I listened to Savage Nation during a short trip in the car (I had taken NO mind altering substances in preparation!) and a DC cop called in. He said the law in DC is the same as it is CA- -DWI (driving while impaired) is an offense. That means they can bust you just for driving while too sleepy; no additives required. The presence of additives in sufficient amount will cinch matters though.
