Which is the biggest problem.

But even if we did it would probably only setback their program by maybe 5 years, or at most 10. The facilities could be rebuilt. I suppose if we had perfect knowledge of them (which we probably would not have) we could bomb them again, but bombing Iran every couple of years is rather problematic. Also they might put the facilities under hospitals or densely populated civilian areas, indeed they may have already done this.

It is likely that we know where many if not most Iranian nuclear facilities are. We probably have a short list of additional likely sites.
