Scarborough said that congressmen and women are frequently given passes on issues like this. There was an op ed in the Times today that talks about another fla citizen in jail for 25 years who was charged with exactly the same thing as rush. Privelige gets you good treatment, good lawyers and unfair privelige. But truth be told i sympathise with the guy in jail for 25 years who was multi doctoring for prescriptions like rush. Its the way it is however and we probably shouldnt dwell as much as we do on celebrity druggies and how they get away with this stuff
