I measure how far the dollar goes on purchasing power. More like 40-50% inflation in my view since 2000.

Gold was $850 in 1980 and $250 early this decade. Did that mean 75% deflation in 20 years?

I do think if you live in a bubble market like I your inflation has been much greater than those living in nonbubble markets..
