LOL! I think it is a characteristic of bull markets when people think more about the potential reward then about the risk side of their investments. In this sense, "greed" (to put it bluntly -g) still dominates today. Current market probably qualifies as a slow motion mania - of sorts. I read that we are in one of the longest periods in history without a 10% correction.
