The Fidelity tax computation system is nice - just click and download. Then check for errors and problems. IB - stills needs work. However, there are some 3rd party translation software things. I haven't tried them yet, but with IB growing, we should see more software fixes soon. There is another method with IB. Hire a kid, family member or trusted friend. High school math knowledge, let them enter it into Gainskeeper or what ever tax software. They get X bucks per hour, and maybe a few lines on their resume or college application for work experience. With $1 commissions, it is easy to save enough to pay a kid. Just make it clear they are to keep their mouth shut about how much Uncle Ed makes with these tiny oil stocks ;-)
