Jla is just as polemic as AS. Mirror images. It is typical of righties to pick and chose what they think is provable fact. I guess the left does that too. It is unfortunate that there is no court to prove exactly what is fact and what is not. My guess is that if there was such a court and a point was proven that the righties didn't like they would start character assassinating the court. That is a large part of their repertoire. Character assassination.
