I can tell you in my area property taxes and insurance seem to have tripled in five years. Rents now up at everything except the higher end at least 20-25% from a year ago after being flat for a long time. Food and transportation costs up big. Health care and education to the moon. Now I even seen airline fairs and hotels rates this year finally are also rising pretty substantially. Glad I got that big screen TV and computer cheap really saved me a bundle<g> Big increase in costs of doing business IMHO ..RE costs and energy prices specifically
