Make sure you get any gold teeth and any personal effects too. Then they should make any immediate family members pay for the burial. How would you prefer the execution take place. In public? Yeah that's it ... Serves a good example to others contemplating murder. I suggest a good regimen of torture ... flogging, bamboo under the fingernails, electric shock, all that good stuff. Then beheading followed by drawing and quartering. Take out the good body parts and feed the remains to pigs (that way farmers benefit from the crime too). All this in public... The State has no right to murder people. It constitutes cruel and unusual punishment. It also is just pure revenge. You want a justice system based on revenge? Eye for eye, tooth for tooth? Not for Canada, bub. You want that... Move to Florida. You'll find lots of like minded people there. You'll like the climate better too.
