Thanks. I'm looking forward to the filings too. 86 days is pretty a short time between the IPO of the SPAC and the takeover, evidently raising questions as to what the aquisition of the AMRO business has already been discussed at the time of the offering.
The Revenue collar takes some bite from the inherent volatility; this should be reflected in the warrant price which is not yet as it seems (1.15).
