Republicans have achived much of what they set out to do: destroy the American middle class for their own personal benefit. They have achieved an enormous wealth transfer from the hard working American middle class family to themselves and their cronies: - Iraq war - Patriot Act - Higher oil prices - Bankruptcy bill - Medicare bill - 45% increase in national debt - record deficits These are all a way to transfer wealth. That's their MO. They're codifying the flow of wealth into their own personal coffers. The question is, why in the world does any American who makes less than, say, $2 million/year put up with this baloney? Americans who wouldn't cross the street to help another American SUPPORT and VOTE FOR people to take their money and give it to crooks. It's astonishing how stupid rightwing voters are. While they're frightened to death of the married, gay foster-child rearing couple down the street, they're ignoring the confiscatory thug in office who's ruining their lives.
