AG,
One of my best friends 35 years ago had a sister who worked Lucky Friday.I did not realize that Hecla or Sunshine had sold it or optioned it. It is indeed a very rich mine and has tremendous potential. I very much appreciate you bringing this to the board.

For good reason Hecla or Sunshine I don't recall which or both were hampered with environmental damages in what I will call Silver Valley. Reclamation and clean up IMO were necessary. But it has been many many years since I looked at this so names and memory is quite foggy.

All I know is there is some very rich silver there.

I will no doubt be a buyer after some DD.

I am entering this name into my watch list on Stockwatch and will begin study today.
Once again many thanks.

tom

PS:EDIT I DID OPEN THE WEBSITE AND SEE THERE IS A NEGATIVE COURT RULIING WILL NEED TO CHECK THIS OUT. I DO NOT LIKE BETTING ON LITIGATION.

I remember the Lucky Friday, but this stock has no volume
to be of any use to me.

Independence Lead Mines court case:
Dear Shareholder:

On April 24, 2006, the Idaho Supreme Court denied Independence Lead Mines Company's request to have the lower court's decision overturned. Independence is reviewing its options at this time. A full text of the ruling can be found at www.isc.idaho.gov/opinions/independ.pdf.

Looks like their supposed earnings are a fiction, to put it mildly!

I avoid all pink sheet stocks as a rule.
