No, man, the plants are built using oil from materials produced with oil , U is dug using oil, processed using oil, transported to the plant with oil. Lots of CO2 coming out. Remember this from my last post? Moreover, because of the amount of fossil fuel and fluorine used in the enrichment process, significant quantities of greenhouse gases are released. As a result, nuclear energy is by no means a 'climate-friendly' technology. We have a perfectly good nuke now, 93M miles away. That's enuf for the planet. Don't need any more.
