They started out with a internal video card, but this external device is much better.

thanks John for the Matrox multi~monitor solution for laptops , that looks excellent , great value and compatible with sizeable number of machines .... there's a wait on the "TripleHead2Go" but can survive with these 2 older laptops and the latest upgraded HP . The digital Tiger "SideCar device seeemed too "up there" price wise starting @ $1200 <g (though they are using the nVidia Quad NVS ) CDWC has the Matrox DualHead2Go w/bundled 2 ~19" screens for $799 cdw.com thanks & cheers Mars
