(If not, once you have those results, I'll be happy to discuss the question with you... should be obvious.) Re: "So you are for allowing a business to allow smoking?" Sure. Consistent, of course, with the legal philosophy that if you DO HARM to others, you can be held RESPONSIBLE for that harm.... Re: "you are for a business to determine who can enter their business?" To a degree. But, in our Democracy ALL citizens should have equal rights and opportunities afforded to them as a privilege of citizenship.... (For example: as business owner, in the business of 'serving the public' you could restrict access based upon quantifiable BEHAVIOR... or dress requirement, etc.... but NOT for RACE, RELIGION, etc.)
