Wrong. Kerry has been consistent on the war. Only as a last resortt and only then because we have to, and are very well prepared and backed by the UN.

The Bushie spin that Kerry "flip-flopped" was a big fat lie. Kerry simply wanted to add accountability and pay for the first 87 billion, so he voted for a version which did that and against the Bush version which threw the money into a black hole. Kerry did want Saddam disarmed, but in a methodical way letting the UN inspectors finish their jobs, then to re-evaluate what was necessary.
