And debating points is usually not worth it with someone who fervently believes in a conspiracy theory. Often nothing you can say will have any impact on them so its only worth arguing against them if you think they are going to convince a bunch of people to believe in their ideas. I don't think you are going to have any such success so I won't waste any more time debating your pet conspiracy.

Which doesn't mean I won't engage you on other issues. For example the wider issue of "price gouging", other then a situation where there is a monopoly or a cartel, or some form of restraint of trade, I don't really believe there is such a thing as price gouging, and I think rules against it will either be useless, or do more harm than good. If there is a cartel or monopoly it might make sense to break it up, but other than that the government should let people charge what the market will bear.
