No... just as the fossil fuel scenario is beginning to look like it may be a myth and oil is replenishable as it is created near the Earth's mantle and gradually rises to the surface. One interesting example is that according to a recent report by no less than the Saudi Oil Minister the Saudi's proven reserves are now about 150% of what they were 30 years ago. And this with no new development drilling, but existing wells!
