Well, actually the way I interpreted it is that Phase II begins before Phase I ends. That's why you see characteristics of both phases while you are moving from one phase to the next. Obviously this is not a chemical or mechanical process, but a psychological one with all the attendant ambiguities. There are a number of indicators that I have interpreted as signaling this transition. One of the key ones, imo, was the news that pension funds were beginning to allocate some percentage of their assets to commodities. One of the key signals of Phase III will be when you can purchase a copy of Ormetal at the supermarket checkout. I can't hardly wait!
