Peter, "Sometimes knowing you have the option relaxes you enough that you do not need to avail yourself of it." I think you hit it on all eight with this statement. <g> Actually, most days/nights back then, I did succumb to a glass or two of wine, which probably was infinitely more helpful than those harsh pills would have been. As for prescription pain pills? I have found that Excedrin Extra-Strength with a glass or two of Cabernet or Merlot take away whatever pain I might be having and for fairly extended periods of time. - Holly
