I assure you that the Orthodox Church existed prior to the time of St. Constantine the Great. The Roman Catholic Church and Protestants however did not exist until many centuries after St. Constantine. That's just one of any myriad of ways we know they are false churches. The Orthodox Church does not share the same viewpoints as the confused RC's and Protestants when it comes to modern-day "Israel". The Orthodox Church, which is Christ's Church of the New Testament, teaches that only Christ and His Church are truly Israel. All others apart from the true Church of Christ calling themselves Israel are imposters and deceivers. Behold Israel after the flesh: (1 Cor 10:18) So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God. (Romans 8:8) For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: (Romans 8:13) but to be spiritually minded is life and peace (Romans 8:9) And so all Israel shall be saved (Romans 11:26) For they are not all Israel, which are of Israel: (Romans 9:6) That is, They which are the children of the flesh, these are not the children of God (Romans 9:8) For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God. (Romans 8:14) Israel after the flesh cannot please God. Israel after the Spirit are the sons of God. There is a commonwealth called Israel based on the flesh and obsessed with fleshly generation... and then there is the Orthodox Church, the Bride of Christ, the spiritual Israel, she who takes on the name of her bridegroom Christ, the perfect and true Israel. Do the so-called Jews over in so-called Israel worship Jesus Christ? If the answer is no, then they are Israel after the flesh, and they cannot please God. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. (Romans 8:1) Clearly to walk after the Spirit is for them which are in Christ Jesus only. Cyprian
