I like the FIRST PART, ie suspend the tax month to month. Shouldnt hurt the BUDGET cause its SUPPOSED to be going into the HIGHWAY TRUST FUND. But, to turn around and RETAX the oil companies just says to the oil companies, reduce your prices 18 cents a gallon or whatever the Federal tax is. jdn
