Before I list. I want to make sure I have the correct information. I will include it in the securities listed under $ 1.00. Once I know the information is correct. Creede how many shares outstanding? Is this correct (O/S - 32,052,896) from your link? ). I don't see that information listed in the pink sheets page. If I'm reading this right. It looks to have had 400 mill outstanding last year. Followed by a 1 for 100 reverse split. Then a 8 for 1 split.
