More Iraqi civilians were killed in Baghdad during the first three months of this year than at any time since the toppling of Saddam Hussein's regime I think we've won the war in Iraq, now we're just trying to keep the Iraqis from killing each other. Regardless of whether you were for or against the war, I don't see how this type of viciousness against civilians was predictable, unless your view of Iraqi human nature was so cynical that you somehow knew they were this depraved.
