NGEN - big news this morning 2.54 x .61 pm- has room to run Nanogen gets $25 mln equity financing commitment Wed May 10, 2006 8:16 AM ET May 10 (Reuters) - Nanogen Inc. (NGEN.O: Quote, Profile, Research) said on Wednesday that it has received a commitment for up to $25 million in common stock equity financing from Azimuth Opportunity Ltd. The developer of advanced diagnostic products said over the next 18 months it may sell registered shares of its common stock to Azimuth Opportunity at a small discount from market price.
