I really wonder why anyone even bothers with this stock. It has failed in all actions repeatedly for many many years.

Thanks for the link. Seeing what has happened to Enron and Ken Lay, I would think that McKenna would want to be honest with shareholders. Seeing Ken Lay on TV I intuitively felt that he would not be long in this world. This is likely a blessing in disguise. Fifteen years ago, white collar crime went unprosecuted---- That changed for numerous reasons. Now anyone who begins a company or is involved in the corporate world is subject to such-----i.e. look at Milberg Weiss that is now being targeted. Milberg Weiss represented numerous class actions for shareholders---including winning one for some SGI stockholders some years ago. mj
