I really wonder why anyone even bothers with this stock. It has failed in all actions repeatedly for many many years.

Seeing what has happened to Enron and Ken Lay, I would think that McKenna would want to be honest with shareholders.

Seeing Ken Lay on TV I intuitively felt that he would not be long in this world. This is likely a blessing in disguise.

Fifteen years ago, white collar crime went unprosecuted---- That changed for numerous reasons. Now anyone who begins a company or is involved in the corporate world is subject to such-----i.e. look at Milberg Weiss that is now being targeted.

Milberg Weiss represented numerous class actions for shareholders---including winning one for some SGI stockholders some years ago.
