They did see it coming and have acted accordingly (see insider sales of homebuilders in general over the last year or so for confirmation). The problem is that if they were to admit to what they know is happening, their ability to sell to the bag-holders would be "constrained".

This is just one more coffin nail being pounded in for this sector and there will be many more to come over the coming year. Puts in place? (g)
