Look like end of commons. Why is it at .07?

I add:
1) Stupidity.
2) Speculation that common shareholders will be allocated a very small percentage (<2%) of the reorganized company, or warrants in the new common, etc.

Looking at the progression of such deals, that is pre-arranged Chapter 11s arranged between management and vulture funds (CQB, NTL, KM), you see and increasing arrogance about leaving anything for common holders. In the most recent case of K-mart, the common and preferred trust issues were just canceled. Of course we all know K-mart was out of Ch-11 for about a year when it accumulated the financial strength to simply buy Sears.

I say dump it all. If one wants to speculate, the price will be below 2 cents soon enough.

Best regards,
Rich
